Utility Assistance – Non-Federal
In addition to the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) – TNS does receive funds from some of its utility company partners serving its counties. Should you not qualify for Federal Assistance under CEAP, TNS will automatically check to see if you qualify under one of its partners programs. Each partner program is different and has different requirements.
